BB Industries (BBI), a distributor of tools, materials and supplies to countertop fabricators, marble stone masons and tile contractors has acquired Sarasota, Fla.-based Innovative Tool Solutions (ITS).
ITS is a retailer of stone countertop fabrication and installation tools and supplies with a dedicated customer base throughout the West Central Florida area. ITS specializes in diamond tooling, kitchen and bath sinks, shop supplies, chemicals, and specialty services.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, Senior M&A Advisor, Nick Arnheim, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Emil Nirkis successfully closed the transaction on March 14, 2023. Executive Managing Director, Rick Buchoz established the initial relationship with ITS.
