A “new normal” that ensures the safety and health of the people to the greatest extent, while maintains the normal operation of society and guarantees a sound economic development is taking shape. Since November, China has continued to optimize measures against the pandemic. Xiamen Stone Fair Organizing Committee has decided to reschedule the 23rd China Xiamen International Stone Fair from March 26-29, 2023 to June 5-8, 2023.
Despite the need to postpone the fair, the committee hopes, with cooperation and emphasis on industrial development, to create a safe and impressive meeting for the stone industry and welcome visitors next June.
On Nov. 11, China introduced 20 optimization rules on COVID-19 prevention and control, especially for inbound travelers including:
- Length of quarantine is cut from 10 days to eight days .
- Only one negative nucleic acid testing result taken 48 hours needed before boarding.
- The positive criterion is defined as CT value less than 35 on nucleic acid testing results.
- Circuit breaker for inbound flights is canceled.
The hope is that more regulations on international traveling will be eased in the coming future.
