In October, Cincinnati-based kitchen cabinet and countertop provider Sims-Lohman has purchased a 65,000-square-foot facility in Crestview, Fla., which will serve as the company’s new Gulf Coast headquarters. The facility will house regional distribution operations and granite and quartz countertop manufacturing.
The company expects the Crestview facility to employ approximately 90 people once fully operational.
“This new facility represents a major milestone in our growth strategy,” Sims-Lohman CEO John Beiersdorfer said. “By expanding our footprint along the Gulf Coast, we’re not only investing in operational efficiency—we’re investing in the local community. We’re proud to bring new jobs and long-term opportunities to the region.”
