From what we have heard here at CountertopResource.com, the 2013 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) had a lot of interesting things to see. Several presentations provided guests with valuable information concerning countertop fabrication, design and sales.
One of the presentations that garnered favor with attendees was Showrooms of the Future by Kirk Heiner. He has permitted us to present his speech in its entirety here for those who were not able to attend KBIS and those who were at KBIS but could not attend the live presentation.
