Pat Weaver, former National OEM Sales Director for the Formica Corporation and previous Senior VP Sales & COO for Alliance Minerals North America, joined The L.E. Smith Company as Director of Sales. Weaver brings more than 25 years of executive experience in the countertop industry to his new role. He has a reputation for partnering with the supply chain for winning results and is also noted for paying attention to the details and building long-term relationships with customers, according to the company. As sales director for L.E. Smith, Weaver will be responsible for identifying and establishing new client relationships and strategic partnerships for generating growth within the company’s footprint. The L.E. Smith Company is a 3rd generation family-owned countertop fabrication company with more than 60 years of service to the construction, cabinetry, millwork and retail industries.
