Although the company is headquartered in Westbrook, it has a second location in Kennebunk, and the teams at either of them welcome custom orders for not only countertops but also stone products of all types, including fire pits, planters, birdbaths, lamps and sculptures. Blue Rock also extends its same culture of service to its employees. The company supports about 40 full-time workers and hires seasonal help for summers. Some employees have started directly out of high school and made their jobs lifelong careers. The average employee has been with the company for at least 10 years.
