In a transaction finalized on June 5, Triton Stone Group acquired the assets and operations of Stoneway Supply LLC of Charlotte, N.C. Stoneway, is a distributor of tools and supplies for the countertop fabrication industry serving Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. The company’s e-commerce site, Stonewaysupply.net, is now Tritonstonetools.com
The acquisition of the Stoneway Supply North American operation also adds storefronts and experienced van-based sales reps, along with the established online presence, to Triton’s current offerings for the natural stone and quartz fabrication industry.
Triton Stone Group anticipates no interruption of service for Stoneway Supply’s customers as the transition is made.
Headquartered in New Orleans, Triton Stone Group is a family-owned, women-run business with 22 locations throughout the Southeastern United States. The company imports and distributes natural stone and quartz and has a growing tool and sink sales division at tritonstonetools.com.
